We are pleased to extend our invitation to the EQuiP 67th Council Meeting and Project Conference, which will be held in Utrecht, the Netherlands, on 21–22 November 2025.
We encourage all EQuiP Council Members to attend the EQuiP 67th Council Meeting and Project Conference. If you cannot attend, the organisation you represent, a WONCA Europe member organisation, may nominate a person to attend in your place, so please discuss this with them.
This year in Utrecht, we also want to give EQuiP Institutional members the opportunity to attend the closed conference section of the winter meeting. Providing both institutional members and Council members with the opportunity to meet each other.
The objective of our two day winter meeting is interactive project group work, workshops and presentations among participants. EQuiP aims to develop and / or complete existing projects and outputs and to introduce new projects and collaborations, or to prepare education sessions for upcoming conferences. There are also opportunities to seek expert guidance on issues regarding quality and safety. We invite those attending to share any topics they would like to discuss during the meeting.
After concluding the conference the Council meeting will be held for EQuiP Council members only. We hope for an enjoyable and invigorating Council meeting!
